I had a great time at this resort. The views from my room were stunning, and it was really nice to relax on the balcony. The room itself was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff made the stay enjoyable with their friendly service. However, there were a few downsides like noise from the room above and some maintenance issues that needed addressing. The dining options could also be expanded, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautifully situated right on the water with amazing views, especially from the balcony where I could see Boldt Castle. My stay at the hotel was a lovely experience overall. The location next to the boat docks and within walking distance to restaurants and shops made it very convenient. The room was decent in size with a comfortable bed, though it could have been cleaner, especially the windows. I enjoyed the views of Boldt Castle and the channel, but the noise from the boats and other guests was noticeable at times. Overall, it was a good value for money, but some areas need improvement.
